Returns and Refund Policy for ARTECH BRISTOL LTD

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returned in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or special-order parts.
  • Electrical components that have been installed.
  • Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate the Return
    Contact us at info@artechbristol.co.uk or through our website to request a return authorization. Include your proof of purchase and details about the reason for the return.

  2. Return the Item
    Ship the item to:

    You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  3. Inspection
    Once your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@artechbristol.co.uk for instructions. Replacement items will be sent upon receipt and inspection of the original item.

  • Labor or Additional Costs: We are not liable for any labor charges, additional costs, or consequential damages incurred due to incorrect fitment or installation of parts.
  • Calibration Requirements: Some parts may require professional calibration or installation. Please consult a qualified mechanic if necessary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit will be issued upon approval of the return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
