Ordering and Payment:

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery:

• Free next-day delivery is offered within mainland UK unless stated otherwise. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside mainland UK.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. ARTECH BRISTOL LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Upon receipt, inspect the Product for damage or defects. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

• To qualify for a return, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
