At ARTECH Bristol we aim to get your parts to you as quickly as possible.

Free next-day UK delivery

We offer FREE next-day delivery across mainland UK on orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch & tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days.

Delivery areas

• UK mainland: free next-day delivery on orders before 3pm.
• UK non-mainland (Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland): delivery is available and any surcharge is shown at checkout.
• International: we ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Live shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Local collection

You are welcome to collect your order in person from our Bristol premises (BS34 7QG) — simply choose Local pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-to-collect email.

Returns

Not quite right? Our returns policy gives you 30 days from delivery to return an item. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
